• Extremely Motivated   Being lazy will not get you anywhere in our company. You should be enthusiastic all the time dealing with your work and tasks. You should love your work and be passionate about what you’re doing and have a real reason why you are doing it.
• Having Multiple Skills  Knowing  about a particular software is very important like “Photoshop”, however more importantly we are really looking for fast learners that can easily and effectively learn new skills and new software. Once again Attitude is important here.
• Able to fix basic problems   Are you able to search “Google” and come up with an answer to that small problem? this is a HUGE quality to have when working online you can generally find the answer to any problem online by doing this very quickly.
• Able to make independent decisions  We need you to be confident and accept ownership of your work related tasks. when decisions need to be made, and  you can make that decision, then make it as soon as possible and be proactive. Contact a manager if you are unable to make the desision dont waste time thinking about it all day…..move fast!
• Wants more than just work   We want our staff to have a great life both in and out of work. We try to encourage learning, weekends off and flexibility. If you are able to prove yourself we are always willing to work with you and know your lifesyle is more important than anything
• Self disciplined   Working from home can be distracting with friends and family members coming in and out of the home. You need to manage your family and home during work hours. You have to inform your friends that you work from home and that you can’t accept visitors during working hours.

• Quickly Adapt To Change  The online world is forever changing what was working 2 years ago is useless these days. You need to be able to adjust and change to new things. You should be open and willing to accept change. know that its impossible to avoid change or encounter new things in this fast moving online industry.
