- Do I need more experience & do you do on the job training? Experiences for a certain position would have a great advantage, however, the most important aspect is not the skills and experience the person has. This is beneficial but not required… Our main concern is attitude and work ethics. Its important how you fit into the team and that you care about getting the results required, a high level of skills is not required. Training can be done for the right applicant.

- Is Kaizenify a Philippines registered comapy? - Yes! 100% Philippine registered company.
- Will I get benefits? Since we are homebased, we do not have government mandated benefits as well as Tax. You will receive your pay in full. However, the computation of your wage includes all your required benefits, so, it is on your own discretion if you will continue paying your Tax and the government benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig).
- How will I receive my pay? You will receive you pay through your bank account.
- How much will my payment be? Your pay will be depending on your position. We have different range of pay to each positions.
- Does a Kaizenfy employees need to be based in Davao City? There are positions that are needed to be based in Davao, but for some positions, they can be anywhere in the Philippines. You can find it on the job posting if the position is Davao based or anywhere in the Philippines.
- What kind of jobs are available? We have Vitual Assistant jobs, Graphic Designing, Internet Marketing, Content Writing, Link Building/SEO, Web Designing, Atricle Writing.
- Will my application be rejected if I have not completed a university degree? No. We will not look merely on your educational background, but on your top skills, areas you are good at, your commitment and attitude, and you must have good communication skills, can speak and write English very well for your will be working with Australian guys.

- How will the online work start? The online work start after you’ve done the training process. Projects and task will be given to you to work on.
